What is the best OTC medication for a runny nose?

I have had a runny nose since Wednesday and have seen little improvement since then. I have been taking DayQuil, NyQuil, and Zyrtec and none of them seem to do jack shit (NyQuil seems to offer a tiny bit of temporary relief). I'm desperate and tired of having to wipe and blow my nose constantly. would love an alternative that can actually provide me some relief for once.
