And online friend found my town and I'm kinda terrified now.

So one of the people in a Discord group I've been in for about 2 years now DMd me yesterday advising me to stop talking so much about my hometown in chat. It's something I like to do because I feel really attatched to It. I've never told any online friend what my town is called but I've mentioned lots of things about It quite often.

And so yesterday this girl DMS me saying I should probably tone down talking about my town so often because it's really easy to find, saying she was 99% sure she had nailed It. I then got worried and asked "Have you actually tried to find my town?" And she said she did because she spends a lot of time online and looking up places is one of her weird hobbies and was curious about It because I brought It up very often and also she was curious to see how easy It could be. I asked her to reveal which one she thought It was...and she got It right, she actually knows my hometown.

She said there was no single quote or detail I revealed which gave It away immediately, It was her who spent time piecing together the details from multiple conversations with the group and she also revealed a couple online tools that make It really easy. Thankfully she still doesn't know my adress or full name (I hope).

I said I also have an online friend who I'm pretty confident I figured out where her town is because she once told me of an event that was going on near her place and got curious and Googled It, but I'm never gonna DM her telling her "Hey I think I found where you live, can you confirm?" Because that's kinda creepy and I have absolutely no use for that information.

She asked me if I felt uneasy now and I said that yeah obviously I did. She said this wasn't supposed to be a threat, but a warning so I knew how easy It is for people to find this stuff and to tell me I should be more careful. She promised she'd never reveal this to anyone else.

Now I'm kinda panicking because I've told about my town to multiple online friends who I've never met in person. This girl told me she found my town as a warning, but what if someone else has also found It and keeps It a secret for their ulterior motives? I'm paranoid as hell now. What should I do?
