What is this game?

I just lost a game. I'd be ok with that except I only lost because this guy spammed the entire time, and easily beat me because I don't have enough room to move around. WHY CAN'T I MOVE WHEN I LEAVE THE CIRCLE??? I leave the circle and my body stays completely still in game? WHY?!?!?!?
