What to expect? First time going to proctologist.

I finally got the courage to go to the doctor to get this treated. I found a doctor that specializes in hemorrhoids. 35 year old male.

How will the doctor examine me? Do I just bend over the table? Will I be in stirrups like a gynecologist? Do I just lay in my side?

Will I need to get completely naked? What kind of tools will they stick in me?

Sorry for all the questions. Very nervous.
