Missed period a couple months after miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage in January at almost 9 weeks. I started my cycle about 5 weeks after that, then had another normal cycle 31 days later so I thought things were becoming pretty regular already. I am currently on cycle day 38, no period and negative pregnancy tests. It’s weird though because I’m like 90% I did ovulate, and I’ve been cramping off and on for around a week and a half. Anyone have something similar? Did you end up being pregnant again or just really late?
