Help a brother out? I know it's Limerence, but?

So this girl comes at my gym and I fell for her one day. And then she doesn't come for few days. I felt anxious and found her on social media. Fell even more for her when found 2 full videos featuring her.

She used to come when I was about to leave. But for a few days we came at the same time. I did initiate the usual gym small talks couple of times, just equipment related and she replied positively. Before that we both did exchange looks with each other. There was something for sure. But then the introvert me froze one day she smiled at me. I couldn't initiate a Convo.

And then she didn't come for few days. My anxiety increased. Was also under guilt of not able to express myself. Messaged her on social media with the confession but only gave hints about my indentity. The next day we saw each other and I think she recognised it was me. She didn't come to gym for the next 4 months.

And now she suddenly returns to the gym. We have faced each other only a couple of times with just plain looks. She comes when I am about to leave.

What should I do?
