Should i buy escape from tarkov + pve?[feedback]

Im from south america, when you buy things from other countries sometimes you have to pay a tax. So the standard version is 20 dollars now, last time i saw it the price was 50 dollars wich its a huge difference, now i dont know if its worth buying it right now and i dont know if its worth buy the pve version. The thing is that if i buy it standard i would spend 26 dollars, wich i can pay but, yet again, i dont know if its worth it and i dont know if the price will increase in the future or it will drop. Also, i know its a difficult game so thats why i want to pay for the pve version (To learn how to play) wich is 7 dollars but for it i would be paying 11 dollars but if the game itself its now worth it would be all for nothing. I have seen other people play it, i love it but i know the pvp its very difficult and complex.
