Phone for father under 20k

I need suggestions for a phone for my father. He needs a phone with:

1. Good battery backup
2. Good camera
3. Stable system with decent updates (mainly for banking apps)

I am hesitant to go with Motorola (the 50 neo and 60 fusion) because we have had bad experience with two of its phones. The G82 got green lines after about 1.5 years usage and the edge 50 pro's camera is laggy and getting worse according to my sister.
