Davinci is not working (error)

I was opening davinci resolve and it worked very well having about 24 projects in it But now when I open it it's just open that black magic background page and then disappear I searched a lot in how to fix it

• I unconnected any USB
• uninstall and install it again -install another version -update the windows 11 and the graphics card was already updated -bring davinci resolve to the _display_graphics in windows setting

And non of them worked

Is there any way to fix that?
