Looking for any and all advice on how to hit the 45 sec window times

It feels like I’m being pushed out of my role as opening/peak SSV and apparently everyone has been talking about me struggling, but not coming to me to offer any help or advice or let me know what I could be doing differently. It’s to the point where I am considering transferring due to lack of support from my manager and clearly a lack of communication. Seems like I’m the only morning SSV struggling, but those talking about me haven’t come to me at all. Just talking about me behind my back including management.

I know aces in their places. I feel like I do that and I follow the play caller app but I still can’t hit 45 otw ever. I’m afraid they’re going to force me to demote. When I’m just a barista, our times are great and not to brag but I believe it’s bc I’m a strong partner solid in every position which really helps the floor. But I’m being paid to be a SSV and I want to stay an SSV. Just tired of the gossip and not being communicated with and I’m failing so hard that my openings have been taken away from me for the next three weeks and people are feeling the need to talk about me. I’m not okay with this. My store is losing also losing a few really step by baristas bc of one specific SSV and it’s going to feel even more lonely. Idk what to do or how to be better and I don’t understand why my manager or the other SSVs haven’t offered any advice.
