TEAS dry run

This may be a silly question but for the dry run for the TEAS at the end of all the steps it says 'begin exam.' Is this just a practice test to make sure everything is running ok or does it start your actual exam? I looked at the ATI web page on the dry run and it wasn't really clear it kinda seemed like it started the actual exam so I didn't click it.
