What's up with automatic window full screen on Ubuntu 25.04 ?

Anything I open, or any window that is triggered to open internally/externally by an application with a close icon automatically gets full screened for some reasons. Even Sign in with google window which generally opens in a small popup automatically gets full screened. Nautilus, gnome-text-editor, terminal and everything. It's annoying. Any fix ? Also why is font like so small ? like it's really small for some reasons.
