20M worried about oral thrush

I was on antibiotics (doxycillin) for around 20 days when I started noticing penile candidiasis. I have now not taken my antibiotics for 3 days, and it’s getting better (also taking clotrimazole cream).

However, I’m also worried that I’ve got oral thrush. Only thing I’ve noticed is that my tongue is a bit more white than normal? And I’m unsure if there’s any white on the side of my mouth as it it could also be just saliva reflecting light
