Commercial Liability Insurance

I started a small home remodeling company last year and had a lot of trouble finding a policy. Eventually I settled on one -- ended up paying nearly 6k yearly for a million in coverage and 2 million aggregate. This seems pretty high to me. All of our labor is 1099 with their own insurance. Does this seem high to anyone else?

Looking to save some money this year. Can anyone recommend where I should be looking or point me in the right direction for a good quote? We will likely do about 1.5mil this year.
