Should I take the other 2 miso?

I took the first 4 miso this morning but I threw up within 15mins of them being in my mouth so I was told to immediately do another 4 so I did. Kept them down for 30 mins and immediately starting bleeding and passing clots. Now it’s 3 hours later should I take the other 2 again?
