Anyone else notice Super Dark and Graphic Dreams when sleeping off a dose?

Last few times it seems when I finally went to bed, just before waking up (so prolly REM sleep) I've been having very Vivid circumstances in dreams turn into a Horror movie, I don't usually have bad dreams
