Fido Shmuck?

I'm a decades long Fido customer currently seeking a better phone plan and would like a new iPhone as well. My "special offer" is $20 more than I am currently paying for the same thing. In Church Lady voice "well, isn't that special?" NO IT ISN'T. I want to pay less, not more. I'd pay their "special" price if it included a new phone. This is making me nuts. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. TIA.
