How do you guys feel about the french verse in New Day Will Rise being the same as the english verse?

When I was showing my casual friends the songs of this edition, they said that Israel had a very good one, but we were watching the music video with captions and they noticed that the second verse (the one in french) is the same as the first one (in english). They asked me why would she do this, and I had no clue. I said that she just wanted to sing in french, and they didn't touched the subject anymore. What are you guys' opinion on this? And please don't go all "f*** Israel" I'm pretty surre that's already against the rules but still
