PS5 Pve-Conflict server question

If one were to no longer want to be a member of a guild in an official pve-conflict server due to an unstable guild leader and want to take their house, crafting stations, materials and thralls with them to a new guild, how would one do that?

Asking for a friend, definitely not myself (in case the guild leader is reading this).
