how do i pour a perfect pint?

i had my first trial shift today and it’s my first job in a pub. I’m not big on alcohol and i’ve been invited back for second trial shift tomorrow. Does anyone have any advice on how to pour the perfect pint? it seems everytime i poured one, i messed it up in some way 🤣 any tips or tricks
