green eggplant restaurant

hi everyone!

i’m hopeful someone could assist me - there was a restaurant called green eggplant on queen st e and it closed maybe 2 years ago?

they had an amazing dip trio and i haven’t been able to find anything close to it. i miss it!

does anyone have a recipe for those dips or something close???
