Redeeming Miles for Rental Car Issue

Hey all,

I searched the forum already and did not find anyone posting the same issue i am currently having so here goes!

To put it simply, i am trying to redeem some of my earned miles for a rental car coming up in June. I go through the AA website, log in, and enter all of the info i need... the problem i run into is when i hit the filter to "earn" miles budget and avis both populate the available rentals. However, once i hit "redeem" the search is zero, no cars available through either company. I have tried to call to see if i am just an outlier having these issues but the customer care team is no help and will not allow me to speak with a supervisor or file a complaint to note the system not working properly.

Does anybody have any issues like this?
