What varieties should I get? (beginner)

Hi, i´m new to chilis (but veteran in houseplants) and found a seller on marketplace that I´m planning on getting a few varieties from to start with (see list). I've already decided on a SRS, but are there any other types I should not miss out on? I prioritize flavor but like interesting looking varieties that don't grow too big. I saw a lot of people enjoy Scotch Bonnet, and apparently the variegated ones are less productive? If you have a recommendation not on the list please tell me, and I might get it next year :)
