Looking for a female, non-smoking, friendly & respectful roommate looking to live on UWS (W100s and Columbus) with easy-going female young professional.

Spacious bedroom has plenty of light (south facing window), easily fitting bed of any size (pictured is full) and plenty of closet space. Bedroom could come partially furnished (ex. bed, etc.) if desired or unfurnished. Apartment itself (a true 2 bedroom) would be mostly furnished, with shared bathroom, living room, hallway closet and kitchen. Fourth floor with elevator(!) and stairs.

Laundromat conveniently located across the street; close to many restaurants/bars/grocery stores (Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, etc.). Close to 1/2/3 and B/C MTA lines; 10 min walk to Central Park.

Rent is $1550/month. 1 year lease start date July 1; looking for someone committed to signing the lease renewal with me now. Utilities not included, $20 application fee (credit check/proof of income required). No pets or couples. Serious inquiries only.
