How to book panna national park safari. And what I am booking is a scam or not.

I wanted to go for Panna national park safari but when I tried booking a tour through MP online was facing some problem and could not book. So I found another website mpforest which I put an inquiry and next day I got call. And that person is quoting me same amount as the website. He asked for id card of everyone going and now he messaged me asking me to gpay him half of amount so he can confirm my booking. I wanted to ask is this legit or a scam
