Need to pass a 10-panel Urine test

I (F 47) was recently laid off (like within the last week!) unexpectedly and haven’t had to take a drug test in over 6 years. As of the last 2 years, I’ve taken a 20mg edible each night to help me sleep (perimenopause sucks!!). I have been interviewing for a few positions and will most likely get an offer and have to take a drug test. I stopped my edible intake about a week ago, and will most likely need to test in about another week or two. I don’t do any other drugs nor do I smoke, but I’m really worried about passing because I know that THC stays in your system quite a while. My cousin suggested either the Niacin flush or use of certo but I’m super nervous. Any suggestions? For reference I’m 5’3 about 167lbs and just need to pass a 10-panel screen one time!
