Hey guys replacing my GT08 37a controllers with YunLi 60v 45a 3000w 12 mofset controller's so I also ordered the matching large center display and twist throttle(can't wait for the twist throttle going to be bad ass). And also a voltage meter/key lock. With all the correct wires to install. What I like about these new YunLi ones are both controllers are exactly the same with just HAL sensor and phase wire and 2 learning wires on each controller. Comes with a wiring harness that plugs into each controller splits like a upsidedown Y and all the display/throttle/brake and so on are coming off the center wire bunch and basically each controller connects to a motor really makes it simple.

Here's my question I am going to use the same lights to brake tail and headlight I think all the lights.

Display comes with wires

Twist throttle has built in 1,2 or 3 speed and dual drive button and it comes with wire

Voltage meter/key lock comes with wire

I am going to use the same light switch 2pin connector. (((What wire do I need from light switch to controller?)))

My XOD hydraulic brakes have short wires with 2 wire sm connectors(((for the brakes do I just need a 2 to 1 sm extension? Not sure never did this from scratch lol)))

Now I am going to use the actual lights stoping at the sm connectors that come out of the lights. So from brake/tail lights to controller what wires do I need also with the blinkers. I know the ones that are in there now have relays but the controller setup was different. And also what wire to go from sm connector coming out of the headlight to the controller.

I know it's a lot I just want to try and have everything here when the controller set gets here. If I have to go without lights for a bit till I get the correct wires no biggie just be nice to do it all at once. The nice part is I asked for the wiring diagram and the said they will lable all the connectors before they send it out which makes it soooooo much better. As long as the display and throttle and all that works till I figure it out. I did have to order a couple XT90 to XT60 adapters glad I thought to ask the 45a cones with XT60 and the 50s with XT90 battery connectors.

So I guess what I am asking is besides the display, throttle and key lock/voltage what wires and other things am I going to need to run the brake cut off wire from the levers and hook up all the lights to the controller from the light itself to the controller. And anything else you can think of. It's going to be a tight fit in the controllers but should be a lot less wiring then there is now with the way the controllers are set up not running two 6 pin display wires. If anyone else is interested. The controllers center display(which is 10X nicer then the one that came with the scooter), twist throttle/3 speed and single dual drive buttons built in and voltage/key lock cost me $205 for everything including shipping. I set it up on AliExpress with the Eshiner shop. He emailed me and we did the rest on the Alibaba app as it's easier for them to do custom orders. But from what I see YunLi controllers are used in a bunch of high end scooters and the resolution alone on the LED display I can already tell it's bad ass. So any help on the wires is greatly appreciated . I screen recorded the video of the display and throttle he sent me

Controller question guys
