Manny the Youngling

What are people's thoughts if during Order 66, Anakin walked into the room of Younglings, but all the Younglings were Manny's? Would Anakin be stronger in the Dark Side by killing a bunch of Manny's (because of his hate) over a room of normal younglings? If so, could he have beaten Obi-Wan on Mustafar? And if the next generation of jedi were Manny's, would Palpatine have been justified to order the destruction of the jedi order?
