Damian's origin questions

My understanding was that Damian was conceived when Talia drugged Batman. I have since seen several people say this has been retconned. So my questions are (1) when/where did this occur, (2) what is the new canonical origin of Damian, and (3) any idea which origin Gunn will use in the DCU? Thanks in advance.
