I hit a roadblock in C

fuck it, i don't care if it's embarrassing to say, I've been stuck in all types of loops, every time i tried studying it the next day i forgot it, this goes for days (4 days to be specific) i haven't finished the yt course yet but i feel like im stuck to tutorial hell. I feel so fucking dreadful these past 4 days to the point that when i watch a tutorial i feel bored a second later, but im still thriving and being consistent each day, is having this feeling normal? any tips on how can i overcome this shitty block?
