Recruiting Director - Waffle House

Hi All, I have an interview tomorrow for recruiting director for Waffle House. Interest to know if anyone here is familiar with the job, or are doing it yourself. Any insight that anyone has would be really helpful. The guy that set up the interview was as transparent as he could be regarding the role, but stayed at a high level. I assume I will get specifics if I have a follow up conversation. Any info that anyone could share would be great help.
