Diazepam and Zopiclone

Took zopiclone for 7 days and diazepam off and on and off for about 6!weeks low dose 2.5mg a day with a 10 day gap in the middle.

Should i taper it off or just stop and shoild i stop the zopilcone at the same time or do one first? I took the zopiclone last week and was on some diazepam as well.

I used 15 5mg diazepam tablets total
