Which stability test for dual-CCD Zen5 stability testing?

Which test is the best for guaging stability at both low/idle and full load for both single and multicore applications? I currently have curve optimizer at -25 for CCD0 and -30 for CCD1 and haven't had any crashes yet. Though I haven't ran any >1hr stress tests either.

I've heard of Core Cycler, OCCT, YCruncher, Aida64, etc but which one is the best for my case and what the the absolute longest I need to run it for? I'd rather not do a whole 12 hour overnight.
