How’s BA recovery? Can it be done during vacation?

Planning a 2 week vacation this autumn to Thailand. Just had this beautiful idea to score two birds with one stone by getting a BA when I land.

Would this be possible during a vacation? It’s to visit family so it won’t be a high stress vacation. Mostly just lounging around on the beach. My idea is if I’m able to land, get the BA the day after, stay in bedrest for a day, and then proceed on my vacation? So basically just out 2-3 days?

Or would a BA put me in bed for the entire vacation?
