SOAS vs QMUL? (Politics)
I have an offer from King's, SOAS, and QMUL for politics. I need to pick between QMUL and SOAS for my second choice.
I like the location of SOAS, and their rankings have been good recently (especially compared to QMUL. Also, politically they're very active. Though I don't know if I LOVE the far-left activism and might feel out of place by being more moderate. There is also talk of a worsening reputation.
QMUL on the other hand seems to be more balance, with a generally good reputation and good rankings. Also, it has its own accomodation which could be a good thing but I dont know. Though it's a bit farther away from the center which I don't love but could live with. It isn't really specialized in politics though which might lower the quality but I might be wrong?
Does anyone have experience with either, or knows of people that are or have been enrolled?
