What advice do you have for a new digital marketeer?

So I recently started specialising in digital marketing and completed 3 courses to get me started and currently working on email marketing course.

A pharma cmo wants to hire me a digital marketeer, they expect me to do basically everything from SEO, SEM, social media, paid social media, content management and creation, Google Analytics, Google ads etc.

I need the job so I'm taking it but what you guys recommend for me to do? Naturally I know there will be setbacks but I plan to learn from this experience if anything, they emphasised that they are really tight on budget so I'm taking the organic approach.

They don't have CRM or backlog of customer data for me to work with, any tips that may help me down the line would be appreciated and thank you.
