7950X Memory issues

Okay.. so i have run this for a long time without issues.

7950x + ASUS TUF Plus WIFI X670E motherboard and 2x16GB DDR5 Kingston fury Cas36 Kit. and it has just worked flawlessly, have had memory issues in the first like few weeks, until better bios was released, where 6000mhz was not stable, but 5600 was, then 6000 was stable in Expo 1, then only in expo 2 and so on.. but never boot issues..

Now the issue arrives, i get 2x32GB kingston fury C30 as a gift, i "kinda" know that it had to be a 64 kit not a 32 because i was nervous of "issues" and slow speeds... but not what i saw..

4 Sticks 32gig kit in slot 2-4 and the 64 in 1-3 - NO boot, yellow DRAM

2 Sticks 32gig in 2-4 - Perfect runs no issues

2 sticks 64gig in 2-4 - perfect runs no issues

2 stick 32gig in 1-3 - goes to RED CPU (same with 64gig)

one stick in port on or port 3 same issue..

Bios has been updated etc, tried to set LOW timings before i added all modules, tried auto (runs 4800) i know one pair is rank 1 and other is rank 2..

First question should this not be able to run with just stick in 1-3 even though the manual says to go 2-4? as i have always had it..

I am just curious if i might have a problem with the RAM port itself, or this is just the problem running 4 sticks in the AM platform.

I could get the 4 stick issue, if it was not because i can not get a boot running 2 sticks but in 1-3

just to specify dime 1-3 = DIMM A1 B1

and 2-4 = DIMM A2 B2
