Looking for windows tablet recommendations for work/studying.

My requirements are:

1. I'm on a pretty tight budget. 400$ max

2. Uses windows as the operating system

3. Enough performance to run PowerPoint and open large pdfs

4. Has decent battery life (>2 hours) and/or can be used with a powerbank without dangerous levels of overheating.

5. Can connect to WiFi
