What rod to pair with Penn Battle IV 6000

Upgrading my rod + reel from what I currently have (a crappy rod/reel combo from Dick’s). Got the Battle IV 6000, looking for a solid rod to pair it with. Budget is around $200 or less. I am primarily targeting stripers and halibut using jigs and plugs in NorCal from the shore.
