Girl stopping sex to go pee

Me (23) and my girl(22) have a fairly great sex life, we communicate and enjoy trying out new things but I have a concern, during sex and at the height of it, she usually stops everything and insists she feels like she's gonna pee on herself and she has to go to the bathroom, is this something normal?
