What does everyone think of Claire?

I knew Emilie de Ravin from OUAT so I’m curious about if she’s always shafted in storylines or she’s just not a great actress. Her entire character revolves around the baby. She’s either distressed and paranoid about something or mad at Charlie. I was thinking in the first few episodes she would be a central character but she seems to be confined to very specific storylines that centre around her either yelling or crying.
