Is this build good for a budget gaming and video editing PC?

I’m planning to build a budget gaming and video editing PC and wanted to get some feedback on my specs. I’m aiming to play games like Fortnite and modded Minecraft, as well as do basic video editing in After Effects. Here's what I'm considering:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G GPU: Used GTX 1050 Ti or GTX 1650 RAM: 16GB DDR4 (2x8GB, 3000MHz or 3200MHz) Storage: 500GB SSD Motherboard: MSI B450M PRO-VDH MAX or Gigabyte B450M DS3H PSU: Corsair CV450 or Antec VP450 (450W, 80+ Certified) Case: DeepCool Matrexx 30 My budget is limited to around 60,000 PKR (~$200-$250 USD), so I'm trying to balance performance and cost.

Will this setup run Fortnite and modded Minecraft smoothly at medium/high settings? Is it capable of handling basic video editing in After Effects without major slowdowns? Would this be a good value for the price, or would you recommend any better options within the same budget? Thanks in advance for your input!
