Help! Pc has red boot light

I built a new pc and the specs are Gigabyte x870 gaming wifi6 Gigabyte 5080 Ryzen 7 7800x3D Corsair 32GB 4800 MT/s Rm1000x atx 3.1 Kraken 360 AIO Corsair mp600 elite 1 tb m.2

And so basically the pc starts up fine and it recognizes all the specs I have plugged in, I have access to the bios too. BUT there’s a red boot light on my mobo. Is this normal on a new pc? How can I fix it?
