Cheap Paint & Clear Coat?

2025 Civic Sport Lagoon Blue already with swirl & scratch marks.

What the heck, I haven’t even washed it yet! Are the long horizontal scratch marks from the snow brush?? That’s the only thing I can think of. The snow brush has soft bristles and I make sure it’s clean before I brush. I don’t get it.

I avoid parking close to cars to avoid door hits. That’s not helping, I see some minor door hits enough to go through the paint. Is the clearcoat/paint really that cheap? Is anyone else going through this?

I should have examined my car after I got it from the dealer when they ran it through their car wash, maybe they caused the swirl marks.

What’s crazy is behind the door handles! They’re all scratched up (many vertical scratches) like what the heck, I don’t even touch the body of the car when I pull the handle to open the doors! Even when I have gloves on, I barely make contact and my gloves are soft. This is crazy.
