Hello! I’m looking to commission a painting for a wedding gift. I want to re-create a photo taken of the couple. Will send reference photos to the artist that I end up choosing. I would like this painted on canvas, 8 x 11 size. Can be oil or acrylic, but I love those three dimensional details. I’m looking for a skilled artist who pays great attention to detail.

The piece will consist of:

The subject itself is the couple on a small sailboat on the water, underneath the Golden Gate Bridge. The couple will be facing away, so I don’t need you to paint their faces. You must be skilled at realism and experience with painting water and sky. It will be set in the evening, with beautiful golden light in the clouds. I may also ask that you paint some text on the piece, so you must be also skilled in calligraphy. It will be a short set of words, such as: “Kendra & Julian adventuring forever” (exact phrase TDB)

My budget is around $400 before shipping. I will cover overnight or two day shipping via FedEx or UPS only. United States based only. I need the painting delivered no later than May 20th.
