Why is it so hard to communicate with people?

I 16M was seeing several girls in the past and I just don’t know how to communicate as an autist. Mostly, these people wouldn’t want to see me a second time, but I don’t think it’s about my appearance because I am tall enough, have clean skin and clean hair and do body hygiene daily. I am even interested in colognes, even though that’s not my hyperfixation. But I just don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. My friends without autism seem to talk to girls much easier than me.

Has anyone ever experienced similar situations? Please let me know
