Ghost Kato 3.9

Hi guys I'm looking at getting one of these for my daughter (just moved up from a kids 20" bike). I'm looking at this as she can fit a small frame and want it to last. Are they quite reasonable bikes? We're not hardcore cyclists so don't really want something that costs a fortune. Cheers
