This is a little channel just to show the gospel topic essays to Spanish speakers. Nothing amazing but the intent is just to show from church sources what the church history is for those in Spanish speaking countries that have no access to any church history outside of the church manuals. So they can know for themselves and make a decision. I don’t expect much following because it doesn’t focus on controversial news but hopefully it allows people to learn that maybe, what they were taught, it’s just not how it happened.

After 4 decades in the church having gone through all milestones, including temple marriage, and baptizing all my kids, I learned for the first time ever of the gospel topic essays. That was what I needed to give myself permission to read and explore. Although I had heard from some friends that the church had a dark past, I could have not accepted it because for me it would have automatically cataloged as anti Mormon.

So for this channel I have purposely made it very objective, show the receipts from church official materials and even have fun with my guitar to play some music that may entice members to at least listened.

For those here who can understand Spanish and understand the video I would be curious of feedback. I may not continue because I don’t show who I am and maybe it could be seems as deceiving because they all start with hymns looking as faith promoting but the video shows just how it was. I am a little torn cause that is not the intent but I could see people feeling cheated.
