Its over

I scored 601 in my first attempt in neet 2024, this year im not expecting anything more than 500, 42 in physics, Some people say cutoff will be above 600 and some say above 550 but either way, i literally feel like ending my life. Everybody is blaming me for not solving harder mcqs (hcv etc) in physics which doesn't bother me more than the fact that one more year of my life was wasted. I feel numb, almost dead from the inside.
