[product request] A moisturiser similar to Clinique dramatically different lotion?

This is the only moisturiser I've tried that doesn't break me out but unfortunately causes eczema on my eyelids even though I don't apply it there. I stopped using it for a week and my eczema has cleared up but l'm breaking out again. My skin is quite dry and dehydrated. At the moment I am trying out versed skin soak moisture cream but finding that it's not moisturising enough and I'm noticing a few new spots. Please give me any recommendations
